At ExpressPrints.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. As a custom print service provider, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Return Policy explains the circumstances under which you can request a return or replacement of your products, and the steps involved in making such a request.

By placing an order with ExpressPrints.store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we begin processing and creating your custom products immediately. Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet been submitted for production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@expressprints.store. If your order is already in production, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure your products are delivered in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Report the Issue: Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order via email at info@expressprints.store. Please include photos of the damaged or defective items.
  • Refund or Replacement: Once we have verified the issue, we will either provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund for the affected items. Please note that we may ask you to return the defective or damaged products before issuing a replacement or refund.

3. Incorrect Orders

If we have made an error with your order (e.g., incorrect size, wrong design), please contact us within 5 business days. We will review your claim and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or a full refund. We will cover the shipping costs for the return of incorrect items.

4. Returns for Non-Defective Products

Due to the personalized nature of the products we offer, we do not accept returns on items that are not defective, incorrect, or damaged. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason, including changing your mind about the design or product. However, if you believe there is an error with the product that was not caught during the proofing process, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

5. Quality Assurance

We take the utmost care to ensure your products are of the highest quality. However, due to variations in monitor settings, printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. We cannot be held responsible for slight color variations, as this is a normal part of the printing process.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product for any reason, please get in touch with us within 5 business days of receipt. While we cannot offer a refund for color differences, we may offer a reprint or adjustment at our discretion.

6. Product Variations

As with any custom printed item, slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur. We will always try to meet your expectations, but please understand that a small percentage of variation is acceptable in the printing industry.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is confirmed, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the checkout process. If you have paid using a credit card, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Exchange and Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied with your products due to a manufacturing defect, we offer exchanges or replacements. Contact us within 5 business days for assistance with returns and exchanges. Please include proof of purchase and clear photographs of any defects or issues.

10. Delivery and Shipping Issues

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. In case of non-delivery, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch to initiate an investigation. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver your order caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
